Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2, 2026

Your privacy is the foundation AnyResizer is built on, not an afterthought. Every tool on this site runs entirely inside your browser, which means your images and the data inside them never reach our servers. This policy explains exactly what that means, what little data we do touch, and the choices you control.

How AnyResizer Works

All image processing β€” resizing, converting, compressing, cropping, blurring, and everything else β€” happens locally on your device using WebAssembly and the Canvas API. When you drop a file into a tool, it is read into your browser's memory and processed there. It is never uploaded, transmitted, or copied to any server. There are no server-side image endpoints to send your files to. You can verify this yourself: open your browser's DevTools, switch to the Network tab, and process an image β€” you will see zero outbound requests carrying your file.

Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, log, or analyze your images or any data derived from them. We do not read EXIF metadata, GPS coordinates, or file names off our servers, because your files never arrive there. We do not require an account, an email address, or any sign-up. We do not build advertising profiles, sell data, or share anything with data brokers β€” there is nothing to sell.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand which tools are used and how pages perform. These analytics count aggregate page views and basic technical signals (such as browser type and country at the country level). They do not fingerprint individual visitors, do not track you across other websites, and do not collect personally identifiable information.

Cookies and Local Storage

AnyResizer uses no tracking cookies. The only data stored in your browser is your own preferences β€” your theme (light or dark) and your chosen language β€” saved in local storage so the site remembers them on your next visit. Some tools may use IndexedDB to keep a temporary edit history on your device; this never leaves your browser and you can clear it any time through your browser settings.

Third-Party Resources

To keep the site fast and within hosting limits, some heavy processing engines (such as WebAssembly modules) are loaded from public content delivery networks. These requests fetch code, not your images, and your image data is never included in them. We host AnyResizer on Cloudflare Pages, which may process standard, anonymized request logs for security and reliability as described in its own privacy policy.

Children's Privacy

AnyResizer is a general-purpose utility and is not directed at children. Because we do not collect personal information from anyone, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the tools evolve or to reflect legal and technical changes. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of AnyResizer after an update means you accept the revised policy.
